Blaine, Minn., March 26, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HDI, the first membership association and certification body created for the technical support industry, announced finalists for a series of prestigious industry awards. Infinite Campus has been selected as a finalist for the HDI Team Excellence and Best Service and Support Culture awards.
HDI awards the highest honors in the technical service and support profession. These awards recognize the individuals, teams, and organizations that have most enhanced the image of the support industry by achieving and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in service and support. In 2017, Infinite Campus Support Advisor Miles Marsh won the HDI Analyst of the Year Award (Minnesota Chapter). In 2016, Infinite Campus was selected as a finalist for the HDI Team Excellence Award, which it won in 2013.

Submissions were judged by panels comprised of service and support industry experts, tasked with selecting the industry's top team, manager, analyst, desktop support technician and local HDI chapter officer. The Industry Award finalists were evaluated through a meticulous selection process with more than 500 total submissions considered for five award categories, ultimately resulting in nearly 20 deserving finalists for the awards.
Winners will be announced and honored at the HDI conference on Thursday, April 11, 2019.
